I the undersigned cardholder do herby agree that I am satisfied with the terms and conditions on the reverse side of this Experience Booking Agreement, that I understand and agree that all payments and deposits are non-refundable, and herewith authorize this transaction.

EXOTIC LIMO ORLANDO will not be held responsible for injuries that my occur due to horseplay while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The purchase named in this agreement is responsible for his or her guests. AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASE AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR. This includes but is not limited to $20.00 per broken glassware, $100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.), $150.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness on exterior), $175.00 shampoo and disinfection (due to sickness on interior), $200.00 minimum for each burn, hole, rip, or tear to upholstery, $200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism, Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed/stolen items from vehicle, $250.00 sanitation fee for damage. Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract. EXOTIC LIMO ORLANDO recommends that any and all personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles. EXOTIC LIMO ORLANDO reserves the right to terminate this contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. Absolutely NO smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Deposit amount is 50% of total contract price unless otherwise specified. Deposit amount is due at time of booking. The remaining balance for the reserved hours shall be paid in full two weeks prior to event. Any and all deposits (cash, checks or credit card authorizations) will be non-refundable for any reason (except acts of God). Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be billed the Total Contact amount. This means you will pay for all charges on the contract. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be charged without EXOTIC LIMO ORLANDO acceptance. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on hourly rental and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. It is of particular importance that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so, only if EXOTIC LIMO ORLANDO can accommodate other clients that booked with EXOTIC LIMO ORLANDO prior to or after the said time. The purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges incurred such as overtime, tolls, parking, etc. Overtime for point to point (Transfer) jobs are charged in one hour increments. Extra stops are charged an additional $25.oo - Sedan, $35 - limo. Point to point jobs are priced for immediate pickup and drop-off, no wait time is included. All transfers will be considered a two-hour charter after 15 minute grace walking period, and no shows after 30 minutes grace period. Base price is for simple transportation. The overtime will be billed by hourly rate. If a customer fails to show at designated pickup location and does not inform office and/or driver, the full amount of the contracted time will be charged. A 20% gratuity and a 6.5% tax will be added to your total charge. ALL FINAL payments are due in full (14) days prior to date of event. All prom reservations must be done by the parents and the contract must be submitted along with deposit, signed contract, and signed agreed terms and conditions. ALL contracts must be received within 24 hours after initial reservation has been made in order to fully confirm your booking, failure to do so will result in loss of reservation.
